Air fryer corn ribs

Air fryer corn ribs.

Here's how to make the viral corn ribs! You cut the cob into long strips, and in the air fryer they curl up like little ribs with blistered, crispy kernels you eat right off the bone. All the seasoning comes from one shake of Osmo Everyday — salt, pepper, and garlic already mixed together, so there's nothing to measure.

    Step 05

    Season with Osmo Everyday

Put the corn ribs in a big bowl, coat them in neutral oil, and sprinkle on Osmo Everyday. Toss with your hands so every piece gets seasoned.

  6. Nick arranges seasoned corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

    Step 06

    Air fry the corn ribs

Lay them in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes, turning them partway through, until they curl up and the kernels are nice and blistered. That curl is how you know they're done!

  7. Nick pours melted butter over the cooked corn ribs.

    Step 07

Finish with butter, lime and Tajín

Toss them in a bowl with melted butter and a squeeze of lime juice, then pile them on a plate and finish with a sprinkle of Tajín. Eat them straight off the cob with your hands — honestly, these might be better than normal ribs!

Notes

One shake, done

Osmo Everyday is salt, pepper, and garlic in one bottle, so you season the corn with a single shake instead of reaching for three jars. The garlic toasts in the air fryer and soaks into every kernel. Keep it next to the stove — it's just as good on roasted veggies, chicken, or eggs.
