Everything good with the taste and designs, the only dislike is that we recibe two black grinders. So we need to see through the small window to check if it’s salt or pepper that’s why we wanted 1 black and 1 white

Love how find I can grind the pepper which helps me be a lot more precise with targeting only part of a plate. Really like that they came charged and ready to go.
absolutely love these little gizmos. Small enough to not dominate the table. I really like that they are rechargeable and don't need constant reloading. not just the cost of the batteries but also the fact that our old ones run out of charge at inconvenient times. Also being smallish are not so prone to being knocked over. Perfect!

VERY Disappointing. didn't discover right off but after using a couple of time the garlic salt clogs the white grinder. instally we loved them and ordered 3 for Xmas gifts. They will not accept returns so we are STUCK with them. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
I have 2 of them and they’re great!
They seem well made and function well. But my mistake, they are too small for practical use. So they will sit on the counter being cute while we keep doing these things manually.

Love the salts and pepper—they’re delicious. The grinders are also good, but it’s a bit tough to select the grind size, and they empty quickly (they are mini, but maybe too mini?). Still, overall I love the flavors of the OSMO salts and peppers.
My wife was a bit less than thrilled with its effectiveness. She had put full pepper corns and they were not being ground effectively. I suggested that she try crushing the corns at least a little bit. She did and that worked much better. Perhaps your including a statement to new owners about not using full round corns would increase customer satisfaction from day one.
this unit was great but the stand under the salt / pepper grinder was PLASTIC not wood like what was shown or what had come in my previous order. that is the only issue I have.
