This is nothing like the original garlic salt. The texture is some odd fusion of salt and garlic. I waited for months for the original garlic salt to arrive and stocked up to ensure I didn’t run out. The flavor is nothing compared to the previous version and I was told I can’t return the 4 unopened containers I have. I’m more broken hearted that you changed the formula.
I saw the garlic salt in my local Walmart and I used it on 2 Cornish hens recipes! One was baked in oven & the other was air fried. ABSOLUTELY delicious! The next week I used it for green beans & it was just as phenomenal. Definitely elevated the dishes.

I got this for Christmas, and I made a pasta for my grandma’s work party, and I used the new salt, and it was the best pasta I ever made! And I was able to perfectly season and use garlic to be at the perfect amount of garlic in the pasta dish! I completely recommend the garlic salt, I mean it costs quite a bit, but you won’t regret it, it has improved my cooking by a lot!
I love it . It adds a really nice flavor. I added it to my air-fried fish, spaghetti, and chicken parmesan. It tasted wonderful in there!

Christmas of 2024, my dad got me the osmos garlic salt because i love cooking. Now, we use it pretty sparingly because it is like seasoning gold. I chose to write a review now, though, because we just made garlic sriracha chicken (with a sriracha rub and this garlic salt) and it was some of the best food I have had in my life. I couldn’t recommend this stuff more!
Not happy that my jar of Vidalia onion salt had a one month Best Buy date. I would prefer to get fresh items when I order from online stores. So disappointing - there’s no way I will give this as a gift with a date like that on it.

Garlic bits are visible, so you know you're getting the garlic flavor. Larger salt granules rather than super fine = less likelihood to over salt. Delicious addition to chicken.

I liked the roasted garlic flavor, it was very pronounced, but not overwhelming. I did not like the texture of the salt when I pinched it, it was gummy and hard at the same time. I would try other flavors and textures, but I probably won’t purchase this one again.

Best salt I have ever had I always thought of salt as just a seasoning that goes on stuff without a second thought. This garlic salt however is on another level. I have made one steak seasoned with this, and it had to be the best tasting steak I ever had. It is a little pricey, but worth it!
